How did you first learn about Cyberteq?

I learned about Cyberteq through one of my colleagues. I was always interested in working with an innovative company, so I applied for a Sales position that had opened.

What is your role at Cyberteq?

My role is of a Sales Executive.

What do you like most about your job?

This job offers a lot to learn. Since I am a social person, the most I enjoy is meeting and interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and coming up with a perfect solution.

What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?

On a regular day, morning is mostly taken up by existing client meetings where I make sure customers are receiving services smoothly. The later half of the day is spent in connecting with potential clients, introducing to them our services. I am currently working on signing a contract with a Healthcare institute. Other tasks may also come up.

How do you balance your career at Cyberteq and family?

The key to a successful work and life balance is good planning and then acting on it. I make sure I plan my day very well, which enables me to finish all the tasks of a day, and to avoid taking work home.

How has Cyberteq helped you in your career development?

At Cyberteq, I have had an opportunity to work with an international team. It has helped to widen my perspectives. We also have access to a variety of trainings.

What are three words to describe Cyberteq?

Reliable, Compliant, Evolutionary.

What has been your favourite project at Cyberteq?

It was a project where we provided customized cybersecurity services to an Insurance Company.

When working on a project, how do you add value for the clients?

It all starts with understanding the client’s business. Before I approach a perspective customer, I make sure I know as much as possible about them. The next step is to have an interactive meeting with them, finding out what they need. This helps in compiling the perfect set of cybersecurity services.
