Meet Martin Agira

A competent sales expert based in Rwanda, passionate about cybersecurity and customer service,  making it a perfect mix for this role.

Martin, how did you first learn about Cyberteq?

I first learned about Cyberteq back in 2017 from our local newspaper in Rwanda.

What is your role at Cyberteq?

I am Sales Executive for Cyberteq Rwanda.

What do you like most about your job?

I like most of my responsibilities and tasks, but what I enjoy the most is meeting new people from different organizations, presenting them our services and showing why cybersecurity is important in this digital era.

What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?

My day is organized on Salesforce, so I start by updating my schedule and checking my progress, followed by replying emails, submitting proposals, meeting with clients. 

How do you create a work-life balance while working at Cyberteq? 

At Cyberteq, we believe in setting ambitious but realistic targets. The hybrid work setup, along with the best tools to organize my work activities, allows me to use the time efficiently, enabling to take out enough time to be with family.
