Meet Franklina Danquah

An energetic sales specialist based in Cyberteq Ghana. Her client oriented approach enables her to take customer satisfaction to the highest level.

Franklina, how did you first learn about Cybeirteq?

I first learned about Cyberteq from a friend, who works here. He informed me of a vacancy for a salesperson, and I applied.  

What is your role at Cyberteq?

Sales Executive, Cyberteq Ghana.

What do you like most about your job?

The most interesting part of working in this role is understanding and providing a solution to client`s needs. Sales is fascinating for me because I am a social person, and it is very rewarding when I am able to successfully provide a solution that meets customers' needs. 

What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?

A typical day starts with going through my to-do list for the day, responding to emails and preparing for meetings. I am currently working on finalizing a cybersecurity service for a client in the IT industry along with setting up a meetings potential clients in the government and automotive sectors.

How do you create a work-life balance while working at Cyberteq? 

The tech industry is quite demanding but as a salesperson, I am easily able to divide my time between work and personal life. Also, at Cyberteq, we are encouraged to work within the normal working hours. This means that all meetings and trainings are nicely scheduled within business hours.

How has Cyberteq helped you in your career development?

Working at Cyberteq has helped to broaden my technical knowledge. Transitioning from product oriented technical space to a service oriented was a bit challenging but I have received the necessary training and support to ensure that I meet my job objectives.

What is your favourite part about working for Cyberteq?

The best is to be able to improve our customers’ cybersecurity so they can focus on their business.
