I first learned about Cyberteq when a recruiter reached out to me for an interview for a role in Business Development.

What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?

A typical day starts from my calendar – at Cyberteq every day is different! Each day is a new challenge and an opportunity to learn & grow with the team. Having said this, I usually start my day by checking my mailbox and prioritizing the tasks I have for the day. I may meet with clients, or/then go to the office to meet with the team. I make sure to be available for the team or the management on matters that needs support.

I then start replying to my emails and performing my usual tasks like contacting clients/partners/vendors, scheduling meetings and preparing proposals. Doing research related to the on market trends and best practices is also part of my day.

On other days, I take out time for social activities through attending events and networking with potential stakeholders.

How do you create a work-life balance while working at Cyberteq?

The agile mindset of Cyberteq's top management, along with their commitment towards employees' well-being as part of the company culture, helps everyone create a healthy work life balance.

The Covid-19 Pandemic exempts no organization from implementing different business continuity models. Cyberteq allows a hybrid model, working from office & working from home. Being a multinational firm with a diverse team with our global presence; gives the flexibility to keep the balance. That also reflects positively on team morale, overall productivity, and profitability.

What is your favourite part about working for Cyberteq?

The feeling that I am an entrepreneur/partner/running my own business, and not an employee. Not to mention the passion and commitment behind this!
